Lee is a retired banker and has served on Glacier Electric's Board of Trustees on two separate occasions. His first session was from 1981 to 1984. Most recently he was appointed to the board in 1996, and is currently the President of the Board of Trustees. Lee has been very active in the Lions Club and many other community and civic organizations for many years. |

Willard was born and raised in the Cut Bank area, and has lived at the family home North of Cut Bank for 54 years. He graduated in 1971 from Cut Bank High School and attended Northern College at Havre obtaining a degree in Diesel Mechanics. He worked for Montana Power for 20 years while he continued to farm and ranch. He and his wife, Nancy, have two children, Jasen, who is a CPA and Steven who is a veterinarian. |

Jim was elected to the board of trustees in April of 2004. He has been employed by Service Supply since 1985, and previously worked for John Deere in Cut Bank for 23 years. Jim served in the U.S. Navy and worked with the Cut Bank Volunteer Fire Department for 20 years where he served as chief for ten years. Jim and his wife, Barbara, live in Cut Bank. |

Dr. Johnel Barcus is the Executive Director of the Browning Community Development Corporation (BCDC) on the Blackfeet Reservation. Johnel along with the BCDC Board of Directors created the community development corporation to foster social and economic improvements in the community of Browning and surrounding Blackfeet Reservation. Dr. Barcus earned her Doctorate and Masters Degrees in Adult, Community and Higher Education from Montana State University in Bozeman Montana in 1997 & 1994. An enrolled member of the Blackfeet Tribe, Johnel was born and raised on the Blackfeet Reservation. The mother of two, she along with her husband Don own and operate Park Lanes, a Bowling Alley in Browning. Dr. Barcus also owns and operates Sage Quest Associates a Social Science Research Firm. |

Darrol Berkram lives in Cut Bank with his two sons Kylan who is in fifth grade, and Jace who is in second grade. He has worked in the farm and ranch field for J.R. Pfeifer for the last 20 years. Darrol graduated from Cut Bank High School and has a degree in film, television and photography from Montana State University, Bozeman. |
